WILL TAKE A THREE MONTH LISTING ON YOUR
HOME, IF THE HOME HAS NOT SOLD AT THE END
OF THAT TIME YOU WE MAY ADJUST PRICE, DISCUSS
WAYS TO MAKE THE HOME MORE MARKETABLE, AND
LIST ON MONTH TO MONTH BASIS. OR, YOU MAY
WANT TO TRY LISTING WITH ANOTHER REALTOR.
I WILL MARKET YOUR HOME IN: HARMON HOMES
MAGAZINE, THE REAL ESTATE BOOK MAGAZINE,SHOW
& SELL MAGAZINE, DISTINCTIVE HOMES MAGAZINE
AND WEEKLY ADS IN THE SUN SENTINAL NEWSPAPER
AND OF COURSE LIST ON MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE.
I WILL DO OPEN HOUSES ON A BI-WEEKLY BASIS,
DO A BROKERS OPEN TO SHOW THE HOME TO OTHER
LOCAL REALTORS, ADVERTISE YOUR HOME ON THE
INTERNET, PROVIDE COLOR BROCHURES OF THE
HOME, DISPLAY YOUR HOME ON THE WINDOW OF
OUR OFFICE WHICH GETS MUCH WALK BY TRAFFIC
AND SHOW YOUR HOME TO MY MANY QUALIFIED,
PROSPECTIVE BUYERS.
I WILL DO AN ACCURATE, CURRENT, MARKET ANALYSIS
OF YOUR HOME, PROVIDE A FREE OF CHARGE PROFESSIONAL
APPRAISAL OF YOUR HOME AND NEGOTIATE TO
GET YOU THE HIGHEST PRICE FOR YOUR HOME.

4% COMMISSION IF SOLD BY ME, YOUR LISTING

WILL COLLECT A 4% SALES COMMISSION ON THE
SALE OF YOUR HOME AT CLOSING FOR MY SERVICES
IF I SELL YOUR HOME MYSELF TO A QUALIFIED
BUYER PROVIDED BY ME. I WILL ALSO WAIVE
THE $275.00 OFFICE TRANSACTION FEE ON SUCH
A SALE.
"5" 5% COMMISSION IF CO-BROKERED SALE:
I WILL COLLECT A 5% SALES COMMISSION ON
THE SALE OF YOUR HOME AT CLOSING FOR MY
SERVICES IF THE SALE OF YOUR HOME RESULTS
FROM ANOTHER REALTOR PROVIDING THE QUALIFIED
BUYER FOR THE PURCHASE OF YOUR HOME. THIS
5% INCLUDED THE COMMISSION TO THE BUYERS
AGENT. TOTAL COMMISSION TO YOU IS 5%.
I DO MORE MARKETING ON A MONTHLY BASIS THAN
MOST LISTING AGENTS TO SOLICIT BUYERS AND
